Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team in Stone Mountain, GA. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and perform make-ready, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs across properties.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred. English proficiency and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances repair basics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
