Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition across our communities.

Typical hours vary by community needs and may require weekends and after-hours emergencies. You will complete make-ready maintenance and assigned work orders, assist with building and common area upkeep, and support the preventative maintenance program to protect property equipment and ensure Peak Living standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.

• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
