Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime. You will also lead certification trainings for team members and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnostic trouble shooting, PLCs and control systems familiarity, and documentation. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRT, Electrical Maintenance Certification) required.
• Understanding of PLCs, motors, control systems, and schematics.
• Ability to read/interpret technical manuals/blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills/attention to detail.
• Strong communication/teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and systems.
• Configure and repair web-based electronic components as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians.
