Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience maintaining pneumatic, mechanical and industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and schematics.
• Works with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Install and maintain PCB electronics manufacturing equipment (Conveyors/PCB loaders, Wave Solder Machines, Select Solder Machines).
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment per layouts and drawings.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Support production lines through process improvement.
• Assist with machine placement optimization.
• Other duties as assigned.
