Job summary

12 Oaks Management in Midland, TX 79707 is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Staff member to keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role reports to the Director of Maintenance and supports repairs across buildings, grounds, and equipment.

The Maintenance Staff should be dependable with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds while working in a fast-paced environment. Prior trade experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to a philosophy supporting residents' dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality
• Performs maintenance support for the facility
• Detects and reports questionable conditions to the Director of Maintenance
• Maintains and repairs walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, and doors/locks
• Stocks maintenance supplies for work areas
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and safe
• Responds to emergencies per training
• Performs other duties as assigned
