• Ability to operate University maintenance vehicles and tractors and a valid driving license required.
• Good working knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance, repair, and grounds-keeping fields.
• High school graduate or GED equivalency preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions is essential.
