Gannon University in Erie, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II with a Carpentry emphasis to perform basic carpentry repairs and finish work across campus facilities. The role supports daily maintenance, preventive upkeep, and after-hours emergencies in a collaborative campus setting.

The position requires three years' building maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong carpentry skills. It is a full-time on-site role with a standard 40-hour schedule and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of building-maintenance experience with an emphasis in carpentry or building repair.
• Working knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods; read/write English instructions.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic carpentry repairs including doors, frames, hardware, trim, and cabinetry.
• Replace or repair ceilings, doors, locks, flooring, windows, and wall finishes.
• Perform patch and paint repairs to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Install/repair baseboards, moldings, and finish carpentry elements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and respond to work orders promptly.
