Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent or combination of education/experience considered.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose issues; perform repairs.
• Assist installation/modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management and efficiency of systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly; follow defined procedures.
