Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs under supervision while ensuring energy efficiency and code compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes in all tasks.
