Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour with a rotating weekend schedule and benefits such as PTO, daily pay, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two to three years of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC experience.
• Must be able to push loaded cart and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, and general facilities.
• Respond promptly to resident and management service requests.
• Monitor outside contractors and maintain records of equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and energy conservation tasks.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with apartment turnover and collaborate with team.
