Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs such as painting, patching walls, and hanging shelves.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Replaces belts and filters on HVAC systems and cleans related components.
• Operates and maintains pressure washers and other power tools.
• Maintains logs and records of maintenance activities at assigned locations.
