Qualifications

• Five years of general maintenance experience required.
• Plumbing, electrical and painting experience essential.
• HVAC and life-safety systems knowledge a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; substitute years of experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Report resident issues and concerns to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems on campus.
• Maintain safety and compliance with codes, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and work orders.
