Maintenance Technician / Building Engineer

Basic Function

• Work with Property Managers to maintain physical assets, maximize returns, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and patrons.

Activities

• Lighting Repair: Change bulbs, wire ballasts, replace switches/outlets.
• Plumbing Work: Repair urinals, toilets, stop valves, clear drains, replace faucets.
• Drywall Repair: Fix holes, scratches, mudding, replace panels.
• Painting: Match paint colors, paint interior/exterior surfaces.
• General Cleaning: Use pressure washers, mops, squeegees for spill cleanup.
• HVAC Systems: Identify stop valves, diagnose minor issues.
• Work Order Management: Prioritize, document, and bill work using company software.
• Assist with CAM management, site inspections, contractor meetings, and repairs.

Requirements
