The team seeks candidates with experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance, basic carpentry and plumbing, and strong troubleshooting abilities. A commitment to safety, service, and Mutual Housing Management's mission is essential;

Qualificações

• Experience in apartment, multifamily, facilities, or building maintenance
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative site team
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and, when required, emergency maintenance situations
• A commitment to Mutual Housing Management's mission and values
• Experience in affordable housing or property management environments is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support future Maintenance Technician openings across our portfolio
• Handle general maintenance tasks as opportunities arise
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship on site
• Collaborate with site teams and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Respond to unexpected maintenance needs and emergencies as required
