Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Warren, NJ properties. The role involves routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to keep apartments safe and comfortable for residents.

You will also help with groundskeeping, respond to work orders promptly, and participate in on-call rotations. A strong focus on safety and quality, plus teamwork with residents and staff, is essential.

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus to connect with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
• Care for the grounds and seasonal upkeep to maintain curb appeal.
• Respond to work orders promptly and participate in on-call rotation.
• Follow safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.
