You’ll perform routine maintenance (paint, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), maintain grounds, and assist residents. Requires 2+ years’ maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime/nearby communities.
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders and timekeeping.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
• Care for the grounds and maintain curb appeal through landscaping and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond promptly to work orders and rotate for emergency on-call coverage.
• Follow safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.
• Work closely with peers and residents, showing empathy in repairs.
