Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one-year experience in building maintenance.
• Technical certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately.
• Inspect building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Research and recommend replacement equipment when needed.
• Assist with oversight of contractors performing repairs or equipment installations.
• Support and mentor students participating in work-based learning opportunities.
• Maintain campus buildings and grounds appearance and functionality.
• Provide student transportation when needed.
• Plan and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines with quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to provide an outstanding student experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and respect as a role model.
• Promote a safe, inclusive campus environment.
