Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Muhlenberg Job Corps Center. You will perform maintenance across painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and safety duties to ensure facilities and equipment run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. A craft apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year general maintenance or technical experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Craft apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose problems and repair or replace parts.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Assist with safety and cleanliness of center grounds and surroundings.
