Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multi-family settings.
• Proficiency in HVAC, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, and drywall.
• Ability to work independently and handle a work order queue.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Install and finish interior doors.
• Install vinyl plank flooring throughout units.
• Cut and duplicate keys for staff.
• Insulate pipes and perform winterization tasks.
• Complete drywall repairs and prep surfaces for painting.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, and supply lines.
• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly.
• Conduct unit make-ready between tenants.
• Communicate clearly with property management on job status and supply needs.
