Madison Communities in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll perform day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, ensuring move-in ready homes for residents.

We value a proactive attitude, solid communication, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience in multifamily settings.

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to respond quickly to service requests and keep areas safe and organized.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems


• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic


• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills


• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)


• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus


• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
