Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Kissimmee, FL. This role focuses on delivering excellent resident service while performing routine upkeep across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and general systems.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of maintenance experience in multifamily settings and a basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. On-site position with company benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily settings.
• HVAC EPA or CPO certifications are a plus.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while staying professional with residents and teammates.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks: painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, filter replacements.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, carpentry and related systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and concerns.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are safely stored to prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with vendors for specialized work like landscaping and asphalt repair.

What Youll Do
