Madison Communities in Antioch, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician. You’ll perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to keep apartments safe, functional, and move-in ready.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily settings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Handling day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Responding quickly and professionally to service requests.
• Ensuring apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
• Working with vendors on specialized projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized.

Location: - Antioch, TN (On-site) | Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

What You’ll Be Doing
