ManpowerGroup (USA) client in logistics seeks a Mech & Robotics Tech to join the Operations Maintenance team. You will repair, maintain, and support material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility.

The role emphasizes problem solving, adaptability, and a proactive attitude with flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays; safety and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to move up to 49lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
