Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Automation Systems to join a leading logistics and material handling solutions provider in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will support the Operations Maintenance team, repairing and maintaining automated packaging and distribution equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of PC experience (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of PC experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be cleared to start by 10/1.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop your technical skills while mentoring junior technicians to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability.

As a Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting our client's dynamic distribution network. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $27/hr.
