Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support robotic product initiatives in Seattle, WA. The role includes backfilling for departing engineers, scaling deployment bases, and automating conditioning processes.

You will develop and integrate PLC/HMI control systems with industrial components, work with a robotics team on complex projects, and improve system efficiency through refactoring and error recovery.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in control systems development and deployment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing control systems, including PLC and HMI applications.
  • Experience integrating components like drives, barcode readers, and remote sensors.

Responsibilities

$72/Hour on Experis W2

Contract:

4-24 months

What's the Job?
  • Support for continued Robotic Product support and backfill for departing engineers
  • Scaling deployment base and automating system conditioning processes
  • Implementing auto recovery mechanisms from errors and refactoring code for efficiency
  • Collaborating with an innovative robotics team working on complex projects involving human-touch item manipulation
  • Developing and integrating control systems, including PLC and HMI applications, with various industrial components
What's Needed?
  • 5-7 years of experience in control systems development and deployment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of developing control systems, including PLC and HMI applications
  • Experience integrating components like drives, barcode readers, and remote sensors
  • Proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 languages and basic network troubleshooting skills for industrial networks such as Ethercat, Ethernet/IP, Profibus/Profinet
