Jobtailor is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities tech to support Core Tip Department operations in our Reno, NV facility. You will coordinate activities with the Production Supervisor, manage spare parts, assist with new equipment installs, and troubleshoot automation equipment to meet production goals.

The role requires reading drawings, understanding geometric tolerances, and performing preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and 5S.

Formación

• Requires strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read drawings and understand geometric tolerances.
• Experience with inventory control and equipment repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinate Core Tip Department operations under supervision.
• Manage spare parts inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with new equipment installation and changes.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to meet objectives.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and 5S in the area.
• Escalate shortages or technical issues and track resolutions.
• Perform shift pass downs and summarize performance.
