Job summary

You will diagnose faults from schematics, perform inspections, and document actions in CMMS. The role includes diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults, with emphasis on reliability improvements and collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing machinery including motors, sensors, and drives.
• Ability to distinguish equipment faults from process or material issues; good communication.
• Basic CMMS skills and dependable attendance; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Maintain packaging and filling systems, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot motor circuits, VFDs, PLC inputs/outputs, and HMI alarms.
• Coordinate with qualified service providers for specialized refrigeration work.
• Document work orders, parts usage, and labor time in CMMS.
• Coach operators in routine equipment care and early abnormal condition detection.
