Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• 3-5 years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Support Core Tip Department and Facilities operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with new equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot Core Tip production equipment to meet objectives.
• Execute shift handover and communicate performance to plan.
• Maintain area cleanliness and 5S, ensure safety.
