Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Southaven, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality.

You will document all work in CMMS, conduct root cause analysis of downtime, assist other technicians, and participate in facility projects. The job requires travel up to 10% and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Basic skills in multiple software packages including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed and document issues.
• Record all maintenance in CMMS and maintain operation logs for plant systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist mechanics on joint tasks and participate in facility projects.
• Analyze production delays, implement corrective actions, and verify results.
