Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot out of service equipment and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and perform facility/building project work as assigned.
