PLK Communities in Lakeside Park, KY is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to float between Lakeside Landing and Elevation 800. You will perform property maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and handle work orders, with duties spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds upkeep.

Candidates should have maintenance or handyman experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the tools listed.

• Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.

Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician who can float between two communities, Lakeside Landing and Elevation 800.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Completes work orders
• Basic Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical Systems
• Mechanical Systems
• Small Appliance Repair
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
