Job summary

PLK Communities is seeking a maintenance professional to support our apartment communities in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves completing work orders, preparing units for new residents, and performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks on-site.

HVAC service and repair is available with training, and on-call rotations may be required to handle after-hours emergencies. Ideal candidates have handyman or maintenance experience, own essential tools, and hold a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Maintenance or handyman experience is required.
• Apartment or multi-family maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Tools necessary for typical maintenance tasks are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Complete work orders.
• Conduct basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
• Service HVAC and repair (willing to train).
