Job summary

PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity and safety of our residential apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience and provide leadership for the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include performing various maintenance tasks, preparing apartments for new residents, and ensuring the community's grounds are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years multi-family/apartment maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical integrity and safety of the community.
• Perform all property maintenance needs and complete work orders.
• Provide leadership and development for the maintenance team.

Currently we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Leader
• Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Complete Work Orders
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
• Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team
