CAMS, Community Association Management Services, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Assistant for a condo complex in North Topsail Island, NC. The role supports the lead technician, performing routine and preventive maintenance on-site.

The position offers 40 hours per week with some weekend work; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven maintenance, repair, or related-field experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve simple electrical and plumbing issues.

CAMS, Community Association Management Services, a local HOA management company, is looking for a full-time 40-hour-per-week Maintenance Technician Assistant, an energetic self-starter who works well under minimal supervision for work on-site at a condominium complex in North Topsail Island, NC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead Maintenance Technician in performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition.

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week with some weekend work required.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
