Job summary

CAMS, Community Association Management Services, is hiring a Maintenance Technician Assistant for an on-site role at a condominium complex in North Topsail Island, NC. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week with some weekend work and on-call duties.

The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will assist the lead technician in routine maintenance, preventive tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring facilities remain in excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve simple electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• On-Call and weekend work as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

CAMS, Community Association Management Services, a local HOA management company, is looking for a full-time 40-hour-per-week Maintenance Technician Assistant, an energetic self-starter who works well under minimal supervision for work on-site at a condominium complex in North Topsail Island, NC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead Maintenance Technician in performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition.

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week with some weekend work required.
