Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and ask clarifying questions.
• Digital literacy in ESS, email, and work order systems; basic MS Office/Outlook skills.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, safety directives and company policies.
• Adhere to established practices and participate in mentorship and training.
• Perform general labor and document maintenance/repair records.
• Assist with fixing/repairing buildings and installed systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, roofs).
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property and spaces.
• Assist with office access, moves, and related tasks.
