Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos; ask clarifying questions as needed.
• Digital literacy in work order system, email, ESS and training; basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Adhere to practices, procedures, training, mentorship, and development activities.
• Perform general labor and maintain maintenance/repair records as required.
• Assist with fixing and repairing buildings and installed systems (lighting, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, HVAC) under supervision.
• Maintain professional appearance of property and spaces.
• Facilitate office access and moves (moving crates, assembling furniture, keys, nameplates).
