Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Provide general maintenance and repair under supervision.
• Assist with fixes to lighting, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains and HVAC.
• Maintain professional appearance of property and common areas.
• Support office moves by providing moving crates and assembling furniture.
