Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is offering a full-time Maintenance Technician Apprentice role in Racine, WI. The one-year training program combines hands-on repair work with supervision to develop basic maintenance skills across building systems.

The apprentice will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation while learning carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC under supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic instruction interpretation and writing routine reports
• Digital literacy in work order system, email, ESS
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Attend training and mentorship activities.
• Perform general labor and record maintenance actions.
• Assist with building repairs including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, roofs.
• Maintain appearance of property and spaces.
• Support office moves and setup tasks.
