Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives in building operations.
• Assist with maintenance and repair records and training activities.
• Perform general labor and upkeep of equipment and spaces.
• Support repairs to lighting, plumbing, kitchens, roofs, drains, HVAC, under supervision.
• Keep property and spaces clean and accessible for moves and access.
