Qualifications

• Digital literacy including work order system, email, ESS and basic MS Office tools.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow all codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Adhere to practices, procedures, and participate in training and mentorship.
• Perform general labor tasks and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with repair of lighting, plumbing, kitchens, roofs, drains, and HVAC under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of property and spaces.
• Assist with office moves by handling crates, furniture, keys, and nameplates.
