Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical spaces of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting make-ready efforts for vacant units.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing building systems, documenting work, managing inventory, and assisting with grounds and common areas.

Formación

• Experience performing maintenance on residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and maintain clean work areas.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Executes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Allocates materials, coordinates with vendors, and tracks inventory per process.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and minor repairs.
