Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician for Aventon Annapolis in Annapolis, MD. You will diagnose defects, perform preventive maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, documenting work orders, and assisting with grounds, cleaning, and minor repairs. Qualified candidates hold EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and state/local certifications as required.

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• Certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing, inspect pre-move-out, and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials, request re-orders, and maintain inventory within policy.
• Document service work accurately for recordkeeping and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, perform cleaning, and assist with painting as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and attend required trainings; inspect contractor work as needed.
