We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for Apartments to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, preparing units for turnovers, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete work and repair orders in a timely manner
2. Perform repairs and work in vacant units to prepare them for new tenants
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance
4. Maintain material and supply inventory
5. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
6. Troubleshoot minor electrical repairs
7. Handle plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
8. Troubleshoot HVAC systems

Qualifications:
