B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role (30+ hours) requires on-call duties, weekend work, and a high school diploma. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance to keep our community safe and well-kept.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and unit turns.
• Attend to on-call maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Inspect buildings and common areas for maintenance needs and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance supplies and invoices.
