CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe and well-maintained. You will handle routine upkeep, respond to service requests, and support residents with a high level of customer service.

Ideal candidates bring basic trade skills, tools, and a willingness to travel to various properties within the Charlotte area. The role requires flexibility for weekend and emergency shifts and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Certifications including EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO (required).
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (required).
• Own basic set of hand tools (required).
• Able to read service requests and communicate with team in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
