Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep buildings systems in good condition.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for strong curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to arrange vendors and order supplies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff; report lease or house rule violations as observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations; follow company policies and procedures.
