• Maintain grounds and landscaping for strong curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to arrange vendors and order supplies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff; report lease or house rule violations as observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations; follow company policies and procedures.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is w wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:
