• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and a/c.
• Ability to work on-call rotation and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Take emergency calls and manage apartment turnovers.
