• Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property.
• Proficient in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – required.
• Self-motivated, customer-service oriented, and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances, perform routine plumbing, electrical, and A/C work.
• Conduct apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and on-call rotation duties.
